PRICAVY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected through this site is intended to be used for this transaction only.

PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Tacoma Pros is not responisble for ANY damages caused by the use of any products sold or installed in any vehical.  

Tacoma Pros will not cover any costs incurred due to the installation or removal of products, towing costs, freight costs, rental vehicles, or incidental or associated costs. Warranty does not cover finish, race applications, incorrect installations, misuse, abuse, neglect, wear or commercial vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any orders cancelled or changed will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; however, you must pay the return shipping costs of the return. A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns which are not sent in error by Tacoma Pros.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact tacomapros@gmail.com or by phone at 949-307-1223 or (562) 653-6177 We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For returnable items to Tacoma Pros, do not return any item without a RMA. RMA's can only be provided by contacting Tacoma Pros.

NO WARRANTIES ARE IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED BY TACOMA PROS. ALL WARRANTIES ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURES WARRANTIES.

SHIPPING

We strive to ship out product within 48 hours during normal business hours of M-F 9am-5pm PST. In certain instances if product is not available, has a long lead-time, or is no longer avaible, Tacoma Pros will notify you as soon as possible to find a equal replacement or provide refund. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We can not ship to APO or FPO address.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All orders will be subject to California tax laws.
